Michael Decker, D.O.

Dr. Michael Decker is a board certified Physiatrist and physician entrepreneur. He obtained his Doctorate of Osteopathy at Kansas City University of Medicine and went on to complete his PM&R residency training in Southern California at the University of California, Irvine. Since founding PRC, he has aimed to raise the bar and improve overall outcomes for the patients of skilled nursing facilities through communication and collaboration. He specializes in post-acute rehabilitation and has a long, fruitful track record of working directly with facilities to optimize each patient’s experience and is seen as an essential member of the team. His expertise is frequently utilized on a consultation basis to provide facility recommendations, specific clinical oversight, case review and other operations.
