PRC was founded by Dr. Michael Decker, DO, to improve and optimize care delivery through communicative and educational collaboration within each facility. We remain the only 100% physician owned and operated rehabilitation group.
We provide physiatry care in skilled nursing facilities across California and the Pacific Northwest, and we take on the administrative work, facility communication and billing with insurance companies so a clinician's time stays clinical.

Since founding PRC, Dr. Decker has aimed to raise the bar and improve overall outcomes for the patients of skilled nursing facilities through communication and collaboration. In 2023 Dr. Tyler Doornink established PRC's Pacific Northwest chapter, serving Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
