We place PAs and NPs in skilled nursing facilities across the West Coast and we are growing fast.

What the week looks like.

Monday through Friday. No evenings, no weekends, no on-call. You focus on patients and we handle the rest.

Compensation and benefits

Starting at $140,000 per year based on experience, with productivity bonuses tied to performance and retention. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.

Administrative work handled

We take on the administrative work, facility communication and billing so your time stays clinical.

Responsibilities.

You will conduct comprehensive PM&R evaluations and follow-up visits at skilled nursing facilities under physician supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Prescribing medications
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostics
  • Developing personalized care plans
  • Educating nursing and therapy staff
  • Documenting in Elation Health EMR

Requirements.

  • PA-C or NP board certification
  • Active California state license
  • Active DEA license
  • PM&R experience is a plus but not required
